My husband got regular service and tire rotation on his beautiful silverado. Jerry’s did not put the lug nuts on, caused him to wreck on I29. They “loaned him” a garbage trade-in for 5 weeks that stunk like cats, and had a cracked windshield across the drivers side. Now we have a leaking shock, and a ruined carfax at a minimum. We would sue but he is just tired of the bs. There is a difference between “making it right” and making it run.

Bad experience at the Vermillion Dealership.
***WATCH YOUR TRADE VALUE*** They will make up bogus items to dock you on your trade. Drove two hours away to an actual REAL dealership to find out those items “Jerry’s said needed fixed” to dock our trade value where actually not a problem at all, just trying to lower our trade value. Go to a REAL dealership!!!
Made a deal over the phone for a vehicle. The trade price was exactly what other dealerships were giving us, so we thought pretty legit. Drove over 2 hours thinking we had the deal worked out. Soon as walked in Vermillion store everything changed, and they backed out of deal. Just said they would sell us vehicle to get us there, than backed out when we showed up, saying the trade wasn’t what we said it was. went to look at a vehicle and the salesmen seemed weird, no one said hello, all the salesmen were just counting down the clock and looked super unhappy to be there, he was not interested in running credit to actually get real numbers for the sale , gave me a bogus estimate with an interest rate out of this world and insulted my mint condition vehicle...no thanks walked out.
My daughter and husband drove 3.5 hours to look at a vehicle. She called prior to her leaving and they assured her the vehicle was still on the lot. When they got there, she was told the vehicle had been sold. No apology no phone call saying they sold it, no offer to fill husbands pickup up with gas for driving all that way!! Do not recommend this place at all!!
I purchased a certified used vehicle from Jerry’s and noticed a few issues when I got home and looked at the vehicle more closely. There were multiple rock chips in the windshield, tire tread depth was below the minimum requirement from GM and noticed a new oil leak on my garage floor. They’re response was I purchased the vehicle as is and offered to sell me new tires at full price. This dealership doesn’t care about their customers after they make the sale.
