I would've been able to give a 5 star review, but trying to cancel the extended warranty was more difficult than it should've been. When I first contacted the dealership about buying a car, they were more than willing to talk. The actual buying process was a breeze. I had an issue with the windshield leaking on the inside a few weeks after I'd purchased, and they took care of that. But, after deciding to cancel the extended warranty, it was a nightmare. Unprofessional. I have a few other words to say but I'll keep it polite and say will never buy a car from this place again
Be sure to inspect the vehicle before you purchase. I made that mistake. Day of purchase I had no windshield washer fluid, not a big deal but I chuckled thinking how the fluids were not topped off. The oil indicator change light wasnt turned off either. Again, nothing. Just little things that was missed. Two days later I got a check engine light and a good rattle on the front passenger side of the vehicle. Emailed them and no warranty on vehicles above 70k miles. RecommendedMy camper is currently down there for the second time to fix the same issue. The first go around the said the water level sensors were fixed, I paid for it brought it home took it out the following weekend and the sensors were not fixed. Now this second time I took it down there for it to be "fixed" as they were filling it to check the sensors the freah water tank fell out. Trying to cancel gap insurance with this company is like trying to pull wisdom teeth yourself :-( ford made it really easy to cancel and these guy make us jump through hoops. Will not be buying a vehicle from these guys again
