DO NOT buy a vehicle from Jerrys Auto! We recently bought a suburban and haven’t even put 3,000 miles on it and it quit on me.... took it to Beck’s in Pierre SD and they said they have never seen such black transmission fluid in 23 years sense he had been a service manager! They stated it has never been flushed and before we bought the vehicle they said they did a full check up on everything!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience and never been treated so poorly!!!
Called and talked to sales man told them we would be there in two hours to look at a car. Got there and they sold the car half hour before we got there. Wouldn't recommend
Hubby and I bought a truck a few weeks ago from Jerry’s in SD. We live in MN and it was exactly what my husband was looking for. He was dealing with a salesman for a couple days and would ask questions about what was wrong with the truck etc. Salesman mentioned there was a few dents here and there but everything else was good! BUYER BEWARE!!! We had several issues with our vehicle the day after the purchase. Long story short, Nathan in the vermilion store was supposed to call me on Monday to resolve our issues. I had to call him on Friday to see what was going on. still no answer so I talked to Tami, his manager....she said she would call me the next Monday after she talked to the owner Jerry to resolve our issues. Very poor and rude customer service by a gal! Drove an hour and a half and the vehicle we were looking at was already sold ! Will not be returning !
Went to purchase a vehicle and had horrible service salesman didn’t seem to want to sell vehicle. Drive 2 hours to test drive the car but had no gas in it and we had to put gas in to test drive. They closed at 5 but was close to getting a deal done but told us to come back another day they were closing up for the day. Horrible buying experience.
Friend bought a truck from them that they said was serviced he has put almost 500$ into the truck already new air filter new fuel filter the fuel filter was so dirty it was starting to suck itself into the motor had to put crankcase filter in after getting 10miles from Jerry's light came on he called them took 2 weeks to get a response they agreed to pay half of it had to put front breaks on the air filter was plugged had a cold air intake on it all they had to do was rinse it out and let it dry but couldn't even do that the... read more
Pushy sales men, when there was a slight error on the payoff balance with our trade in they automatically placed the blame on us, the person that we talked to lacked customer service skills and kept interrupting us. Terrible experience that we had to go through, I would never recommend this company to any and I would never go back.
Jerry's auto lost a long time loyal customer. I had an issue with the last vehicle I purchased from them. Between the time I inspected the vehicle and when it was delivered to me, a hole was put into the bumper. They would not return my calls or my emails to take care of the problem. Also, they were supposed to hold a check until my previous warranty check was returned (their idea). They cashed the check earlier than promised and overdrew my account. I won't go back!
