Jesse made the whole loan processing experience stress free. From the 1st phone call to the last correspondence, everything was seamless. I just purchased my 4th home. Stearns Lending was by far the easiest and most satisfying experience. Jesse Santana and his team were professional, courteous, prompt. We worked well as team. If your needing someone who is very knowledgeable, constantly inform you where you are in your process and responding within a timely fashion, then Jessie is the one you need to go with. This is my 2nd time using him and both times I have been very satisfied! Either buying a home or refinancing I highly recommend Jesse Santana

I was referred to Jesse Santana by my niece who said she had a great experience with him. We were really nervous about the loan process but Jesse made my home buying experience as smooth as possible. He is very experienced and knows how to get things done. Opened escrow (Dec 2016) as soon as our offer was excepted and closed in 30 days.
