I wouldn't have a house without Jesse. In the beginning I didn't even think I was eligible to buy one. I was just curious and wanting some information to get started and then I met Jesse. He became my guide and mentor and I'll never be able to repay his kindness as well as his patience with my newbie fumblings. He made things happen for me that I didn't even know was possible. I cannot thank him enough and, should I ever go through this process again, I know exactly who I want to be apart of my team.

My experience with Jesse was great. He worked in a timely manner and made the home process buying easy for us. I was able to do pretty much the whole transaction by email, fax and phone. We meet the day we signed our loan docs. He had a response for is within hours of us applying online. I strongly recommended Jesse Santana for your home loan needs!

We were referred to Jesse by our real estate agent. He was extremely responsive and helpful from day one. He provided honest information, kept us informed, and was upfront. (We had other lenders qualify us for high amounts, but failed to mention that their loan offers exceeded the FHA maximum borrowing limits for our county, and we would need to pay the difference. My real estate agent recommended Jesse so i went to him for pre approval. He understood my budget and after looking over my check stubs and tax returns he gave me my pre approval letter. I went house hunting and found house i liked. My real estate agent made a bid and the bid was accepted BUT they wanted 25 day escrow. I was also leaving on business trip for las vegas for a week.
