If your looking for a loan team, look no further! This was our second house and I must say we wish we had Jessie our first time around. Jessie made himself available after hours and on the weekend. He answered everytime we contacted him within the hour and he never made you feel like you were bugging him. I was introduced through to Jesse Santana through my realtor. We were already prequalified through another lender, however, they still have not returned my call to this day (almost 3 months). Jesse was SO informative and knew exactly what he was talking about. After speaking with him, he was able to give us a ballpark of what amount we could expect. Jesse is great! He's fast, easy to work with, will do anything and everything he can to get you qualified for your home loan. I had a great experience with him and was able to get my home while I was barely returning to work. He also made things happen when my previous lender said she couldn't get the loan processed and was asking for something new everyday. Jesse asks of you what is needed and will respond right away with any questions one may have.

Jesse was incredible! He kept me informed throughout the whole process and updated me almost daily with the progress of the loan. His expertise helped guide me through a couple issues I had with the Underwriter and kept me calm when I started to get nervous. I don't think I would have gotten through this process without his calm and reassuring presence.
