I can't say enough good things about Jesse. Because my realtor was so unprofessional, Jesse at times had to act not only as my loan specialist but also my realtor. He persevered even though.the realtor did not return his or for that matter my calls regarding the home sale. We had a frustrating experience with Jesse. Unfortunately, communication had to be forced, and we had to ask questions instead of being provide information. We used Freedom Mortgage as a preferred lender to a new housing development. We wish that we would have forgone the credit and used our loan processor we have used in the past. Jesse needs training in how to read customers, and provide detailed and accurate information when requested, or better yet, before it has to be requested.
