When we noted several inaccuracies on our first big round of disclosure forms, the forms were never updated to correct the errors we noted. While Jim assured us that these were not relevant - and they apparently weren't - we still found that lack of attention to detail on what seem to be fairly official forms...disturbing. HOWEVER, other than that, and a couple of other minor communication quibbles, we were VERY happy with the entire process.
