Were mostly happy with the service Jim provided. He's responsive to our questions & provided helpful advice. But there were aspects of the loan, e.g. mortgage rate lock, that were time sensitive that should have been communicated early on so that we could have planned accordingly. More importantly the service provided by the senior loan processor, Jamie Pass, was lacking. She should have communicated more clearly what was required upfront rather than piecemeal that likely caused major delays.
