Friendly and great to work with.
Jim was wonderful to work with. Helped us understand the loan process and kept us up to date each step of the way. Only issue was a MINOR communication/PW thing at the end which he worked diligently to resolve. Would highly recommend Mr. Lynch, especially for first time homebuyers.
Jim was amazing and very honest throughout the whole process. He ensured that documents were requested in a timely manner and kept great communication every step of the way.
I’ve now owned two houses and four mortgages, and each time I told myself “I’ll never do this again.” However, I got the third and fourth mortgages from Jim Lynch at NM Mortgage Company and if and when I get a fifth, I bet it will also be through Jim. This fourth time, I refinanced barely a year after my previous mortgage because rates dropped so much and remained low during the spring 2020 situation.
