We made it through a bumpy escrow on a property that was out in a rural area, all through the VA. Jim stayed on it until the finish line.

I found Jim Lynch of NM Mortgage (American Pacific) through some sort of internet mortgage comparison search portal. Let’s be honest here, at the end of the day I still have no idea whether or not I got the “best” deal on rates, fees, points, credits, or what-have-you. The mortgage process, like the real estate process, is complicated and opaque to mere mortals and could use some improvement. I found Jim Lynch through some internet mortgage search comparison portal. Who knows how those things work? Let's be honest though, it is extremely difficult to compare actual mortgage costs (rates, fees, etc.) through the rather superficial search engines and in the end it's nearly impossible to know if I got the "best" possible rate or "lowest" fees.
