As a first time home owner, the process of getting a loan seemed very daunting but after being recommended Mr. Toney from a friend, he got me taken care of in a very timely manner at a lower interest rate than I expected. Closing costs were also MUCH lower than other lenders I had talked to. Any questions I had were answered with the utmost urgency. I can't recommend Mr.Toney enough for those looking at potentially buying a house (especially first timers!).

I highly recommend Jim Toney as a lender. Jim was great to deal with from start to finish, Jim was very professional and responsive to all of my needs throughout the loan process. Loan closed on time as promised. Very happy with my experience.

Jim was fantastic to work with the entire process. He communicated effectively and was always available for questions. Any time I had a question, Jim was always quick to respond. If I could give more than a 5 star rating, I would!

Great to work with and made the process super easy. The whole process was able to be completed online or over the phone with the exception of the closing, which in today's times is super helpful.
