Jim was able to take a failed home loan with my previous lender, and turn it into an approval in less than 2 weeks! He was able to explain why it wasn't approved before, then explain how to quickly and efficiently turn it around. He explained the entire process and didn't pull any punches in regards to what needed to be done. By far the easiest person to work with!

Jim was great. He laid out the plan and then made it extremely easy for us to complete our refinance. He coached us through the lock in and arranged for the contract signing at our house. We've refinanced before with others and some of those experiences were a little hairy. With Jim the process happened just like he said it would; it couldn't have been easier or better.
