I had a great experience with eClick/Midwest Equity. I worked with Jimmy White and he was a pleasure to work with. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable and always putting the customer first. I asked a ton of questions when refinancing my home and he answered all of those immediately or ensured he would find the answer for me. Their rate was great and they moved fairly quickly as well. My experience with eclick was fantastic. I was able to work with one person, Jimmy White, through-out the whole process. I was skeptical about an online company like this and he was able to ease my worries straight off the bat. He was terrific explaining the requirements and lingo of the business when needed and the rates and fees were explained up front and never changed through the whole process. Jim was there every step of the way. Any questions we had he answered accurately and quickly. This was the easiest closing we have ever had. Also all costs associated with the closing were explained in detail in a way lay people can understand and we felt they were fair/justified. I would recommend them to any member in my family. It was great to business with a company that knew what they were doing and how to treat a customer.

If you want one word, try "Wow!" They responded to an email inquiry form w/in maybe 20 minutes and were very clear about what the whole process would require and what they might be able to do for me once all the particulars were plugged in. This is now the 3rd time I've run the mortgage/finance route. None have been particularly difficult, but I'd say eClick was the fastest, easiest and most convenient to use. Jimmy made my refinance very simple, fast, and always answered my questions quickly. The whole process was able to close within a few weeks, and there were no hidden fees or surprised. Everything happened as expected per initial communications.

I did mortgage refinance with this company, closed in June 2016, James White was the guy in charge of my case, he was really helpful and responsive. the whole process took longer than what I have expected but I was still happy about it, they give you what they have promised to you.

We worked with James White (Jimmy) at e-Click. He called us within hours of our online inquiry. He made everthing go very smoothly, answered our questions quickly, and kept us on track. Occasionally we would forget to send some missing info, and Jimmy would send a reminder so we wouldn't hold things up.The rate & APR we got was great, and the rates and fees were exactly what was quoted. Our loan funded in 30 days from our initial application, right on schedule.We would certainly work with Jimmy and e-Click Lending again.
