We have had really bad experiences with lenders before, this was a HUGE IMPROVEMENT! James was fast, concise and timely. A true joy to work with, he made it as easy as it could be.

Jimmy was fantastic to work with. Jimmy had earned my business, it wasn’t just handed to him. He earned it by being extremely responsive, honest, accurate, fair and communicative. I had started the process with a few lenders as it is a good idea to have leverage to negotiate down the fees, and that I learned from Jimmy. Our refinance process with Jimmy at EClick was much better than expected. This is the 3rd time we have refinanced (first time with EClick) but was by far the smoothest transaction we have had. Based on my previous experiences we were prepared for lots of paperwork and a drawn out process to get the terms we were originally promised. Not this time! We refinanced our mortgage with Jimmy and he was able to get us the lowest rate we could find, and the entire process was very easy. We e-signed all required documents, and then a closer came to our home to finish the process. Costs to refi with eClick were also the lowest we could find.

James (Jimmy) was a pleasure to work with - very responsive and helpful. We did most of the work over email, and it was very fast and painless process. Closed in just a few weeks, and even had the notary come to our house instead of going to go anywhere.

I have refinanced mortgages more a dozen times over the last decade, but this was the first time working with ECLICK Lending. In short, my experience was excellent. Jimmy White, Senior Loan Officer, led the refinance process and I found Jimmy to be a hard working, responsive, and pragmatic advocate. I would certainly use ECLICK in the future.
