I think State Farm has become a company that places no value whatsoever on customer loyalty. My husband and I have had our auto insurance for two vehicles for over 40 years, our homeowners for 25 years, our RV insurance for 3 years, and other policies as needed throughfor business insurance and life insurance. I’ve had the worst experience with my auto claim process after being involved in a simple read-end collision accident. You have to constantly call them to follow up on your case, no one will ever reach out to you and update you on the process. Multiple phone calls going through different clueless agents who look at your file and don’t know what’s going on. You have to constantly repeat your story just to be passed along between people. Horrible Insurance company. Was with this insurance company for 40 years. Then they drop all of my policies without notice due to my adult child's infraction,who wasn't even living with us. They were making approx. $6000.00 dollars a year with all of policies combined. Will NEVER recommend State Farm to anyone ever again. They didn't even care that I had been with them for 40 years. Only had 3 or 4 claims during 40 years of coverages. Unbelievable how they have treated me.

I have been a customer at this company for a year now. I fully insured couple of vehicles with them. Couple of months back I ask for road side tire change and the person who answer told me that I don't have road assistance with my coverage when I have full coverage on all of my vehicles. I paid a tow truck to help me out. In few days I called the agent who sold me the insurance and they apologize with what happen and they told me it won't happen again. Paul My wife and I each have long term care insurance policies with State Farm Insurance Company. My wife’s policy has been activated for several months and monthly claims for payment have been submitted by her nursing home. My longterm care insurance policy was activated this past mid September, 2022 when I joined my wife in the same nursing home. STATE FARM INSURANCE. I recently got involved in a car accident with **** and filed a report. I never intended to pursue a lawsuit or get an unfair compensation as I got minor injuries which I told over call. Absolutely the worst. I have a claim that still is in progress from August it is now almost December. No one knows what's actually going on with your claim. They will tell you one thing while another person tells you something else. They are unorganized and extremely unprofessional. I'd rather sue at this point. Do not go with this company unless you love being angry.
Horrible Horrible Horrible automotive estimate team. I've called in to the claims team over 17times resulting in over 13 hours of my time wasted with people who have no clue about auto repair! They are only messengers of this so called " claims team" who never get questioned as to how they came up with that dollar amount. State Farm is denying my legitimate claim for wind and water damages to my carport structure. I have been given the run around for more than 2 months!! State Farm is acting in bad faith.
