I had a house fire on October 14 and it’s like I am living a nightmare. I have never in my life experienced a house fire and I thought having State Farm would have provided me with some type of relief and security but it has been pure frustration and no empathy provided. The headache State Farm is causing me makes me hate I even had a policy with them.
After being a faithful State Farm Customer for over 30 years I was involved in a wreck where the other driver ran a red light (I have the traffic cam to prove it) on June 16, resulting in a total loss of my vehicle. Due to the other driver being under insured i filed through my insurance, at the suggestion of my State Farm agent office manager. Just wanted to get the word out if you need life insurance policy for any funeral cost... do not pick state farm in ******* ********.... they take there time and you will have to put off the funeral because they won't work with the funeral home.... they don't tell you that the death has to be investigated first..... they just sign u up answer what question u ask and nothing more....so ask alot of questions and hopefully it will be in writing.
On 11/03/2022. My car stalled at about 4pm. I called State Farm, and I was sent to automated voicemail. I put in all of the information. They stated that they would be out at my location at, 8:30 pm. Then at 8:30 pm, they stated that I didn’t give them a destination on where the car was going to. Then, they stated three different times when they were coming. My phone is actually dying out. I’m currently insured with State Farm . I live in ** but my car has been in storage but still charging me a full premium . The agency Warren Middleton charged me in a full premium for several months ! This in my opinion is fraud . Do not use State Farm EVER ecspecially Warren middletons branch in ******** . They actually robbed me hit my credit card multiple times . I haven signed documents proving them of fraud .
Like a good neighbor state farm won't help. My mom has full coverage with state farm... well it wasn't so full. She backed into my car in her driveway. They made a claim to fix it because it messed up my door and tire. After trying to get in touch with them for 5 days I finally get told they won't cover anything because I'm related to the Insurance holder. That's such a bunch of BS. Terrible service, I had an accident on March 25 a girl hit me and tried to blame me, I called the cops and never heard back from them. I called my insurance to report the accident and they spect you to do everything for them, sent pictures, videos and I thought I was clear when I explained what had happened that day, a week later they called me back again to explained to them what happened. 10 days ago I turned in my claim for a Towing as of today it has not even been turned in to the claims it is sitting in the receptionist drawer
Husband and I needed insurance decided to select state farm. I needed a Sr-22 informed them which we had insurance prior just looking for a better deal, we'll they set us up took our $$ and then called us two days later to tell us they wouldn't report me for my sr-22 I which they knew prior to taking my $$ never deal with unprofessional people again I'm only one but this is the type of people who you can't trust and never do business with
