Joe is a life saver. Thank God for both Zillow and Joe is all I can say. After having contacted several brokers etc, I kept running into a major hurdle, my student loans and more specifically Income based repayment. I was to the point where I was ready to sell my business and move out of state becuase I couldnt secure financing based on the way lenders were calculating my student loan payments. Phenomenal experience working with Joe, a true best in class mortgage professional with a fantastic processing team. Made things as painless as possible and very quick to respond to questions. Almost everything was done online and when I needed to talk to a live person, someone would call right away (unlike many "online" lenders). I had ample time to review all the closing docs prior to settlement. I would wholeheartedly recommend Joe and GR - he's the real deal.

Joe is a EXCELLENT knowledgeable person. He is professional yet compassionate and went the extra mile to give thoughts, and guidance on my situation. He went thru different scenarios with me and also helped on another topic somewhat related. Joe seems like the type of professional that would go the extra mile for you. Even though he / his company was not able to help me, he did his best to do so and gave me other options! I would Highly recommend him for help, assistance & guidance!
Joe was extremely helpful in answering my questions even though he would not benefit from my purchase. That to me shows that he a love for what he does and is actually interested in helping people and not just making money. If I were in his area I would certainly look to do business with him!
