Recently, Joe Cafiero, and Fred Burt did a great job on my HARP refinance, and were able to get it done in half the time some big banks were telling me it would take. Great response time from the both of them! Highly recommended.
Joe responded to a question I had posted on a whim, because I've been so deflated in trying to refinance my home. Although I haven't seen the silver lining yet, he was very helpful in pointing me to a person who can help and his responsiveness is uncanny. Regardless of how my refi situation turns out, it's been refreshing to see there are still quality professionals in the mortgage industry.
I closed with Joe and I could tell only good things about him.I have talked with several other lenders while shopping for mortgage. Some of them tried to sell me stuff I didn't need or would tell me fancy tales when I asked why their APR is 0.5% more then I expected.Joe did none of that. Joe is simply the best loan officer I have ever worked with. He is honest, responsive, and works with you to develop options that suit your needs, not the bank's! And, best of all, even when the opportunity arose where he could have made a few extra bucks for himself, he still steered us to a program that saved us money. You cannot go wrong working with him.
Didn't do the loan with him but not his fault-was very quick to respond.
Joe has been very helpful on what has been an endless search for the right home. It is especially nice to have someone local to the area who knew some of the different realtors we have dealt with.
Joe was available even on weekends and very helpful with our situation. When the time is right for us to buy, we will be in contact with Joe.
Joe was very responsive and it was quite knowledgeable about the process. He was also able to refer a realtor to help me look at properties. Look forward to completing the process with him
