Well I will tell you this, my experience with online transactions have been horrible until I met Joe through zillow.com. I was in fix with a mortgage broker who kept changing the amount required for down payment for an FHA loan; when I started the process with this broker she pre-approved me and gave me a GFE, immediately after I was in contract the terms suddenly changed and she upped the required down payment by $4000; go figure I went for an FHA loan because I knew the down payment was lower than a conventional loan. I closed my loan with Joe and actually already referred another to his services. I work in the financial industry and while being skeptical of finding a lender through zillow at first, found Joe to be very knowledeable and able to answer all of the questions I had. I am also able to confirm from the GFE that his fees remained consistent throughout the process and the no "bait and switch" occurred when it came to closing. Joe was very patient with us as we watched two deals (foreclosure/short sale) fall apart. We had bumps along the way, but Joe's responsiveness helped us get to an easy closing. I was reluctant at first to use a lender I didn't know but found Joe to be very honest and professional. What I appreciated most though was his quick response to my calls or emails - even when he wasn't in the office.

Great, excellent, tremendous service!!! The rating should be: highest grade + 1. All below are rated as AAAAA++++++ service1. I prefer e-mail communication and it was very fast. Sending a message and getting response to all your questions right away. 2. Direct lender and there is NO mortgage broker fee3. Joe was very forward with all of the information regarding our refinance. There were no surprises and he even negotiated a lower rate about 1 week before closing since rates were dropping. Joe also exhibited flexibility working with my own title agent. Highly recommended.Thanks!!!

Joe was very quick (available all weekend) which allowed me to lock and close a rate below 5%. Throughout the process he was easily accessible and answered all of my questions within 24 hours, which I consider an excellent response time. I'm the kind of person that scrutinizes every line of my GFE and there was no "funny business". Sure there are some fees (everyone needs to make a profit afterall) but nothing outrageous.
