Joe should have a higher rating but he was the point man and has to take responsibility for the less than pleasant experience with Superior Mortgage. From an incompetant house appraiser that resulted in more profit for Superior to unnecessary delays in closing , the experience of refinancing with Superior was a tedious and miserable process. It was made clear at the beginning of the process that the value was a important factor in the rate/fees that were being offered. I can assure you the change in terms dd not put more money in Superior's Pocket.
