He answered all my calls and answered all my questions. He’s truly a great employee. If I had another wreck, I would call Israel because I know my car would be in good hands.

Only notes I would consider- I was left with zero miles when receiving my car back, I know I didn’t leave the car with zero miles when turned in for repair. Also, it was estimated as a 4 day repair. I dropped it off on a Monday and the link sent for updates estimated pick up at 4pm Friday. I called at 3:30pm Friday to be told it wouldn’t be ready until Monday afternoon.
