Dealer that should be out of business! I just saw post for RAV4 and then noticed its Toyota dealer next to my house, one that I avoid for all cost. Just read thru reviews, they will tell you all about this place, I am surprised that this place is still in the business, its over 10 years ago already since they tried scam me with posting some car for sale and then trying to sell me some other car. Horrible experience. I called about a used car they advertised and I made an appointment to see it. When I got there they stalled and asked a lot of questions about me and stalled some more and somebody else came in the room and asked the questions again and, an hour later, they showed me a different car. They didn't have a car like the one in the ad. Horrible dealership (at least the used car part) run by horrible people who love to waste people's time.
Take Advantage My poor wife went in for an oil and tire service. She asked them how long it would take, and they assured her less than an hour and fifteen minutes. The time passed, and she asked how much longer. They had the nerve to tell my wife, "They had to wait for the oil to cool down." Four hours later, she was charged over $700 for two tires and an oil change! From the start she was lied to and taken advantage of, imo. Do not go there, they take advantage of people who are not knowledgeable about automobiles.
They will LIE to you!! I normally don’t write reviews, but EVERYONE should know how they treat people here. They will try to rip you off …plain and simple. We came here looking for a deal on a corolla. The salesmen did the usual I’m your best friend act and everything was going smoothly until we got to talking numbers. Dont go this dealership. In January 2, 2023, I had appointment with this dealership, before going to buy RAV4, He told me it is available, but when I arrived he told me it is sold tosomeone else and if you want we can reserve for you next tow week. The lost my time, It is not professional sales manner. I am telling everybody, this dealership is lying in my case, It will be happen on your case.
Joe Myers Toyota - Unethical, at best! At best, Joe Myers Toyota engages in practices that can only be described as unethical. There are an overwhelming 20+ salesmen waiting outside at the door exemplifying a vulture-like behavior that almost feels like harassment. Oil Change nightmare I have been trying to get a regular oil change for two months. The first time I went without an appointment they told me it would be hour so I decided to make an appointment. Came back with an appointment waited an hour and 30 minutes. No came and told me they were behind. Would not recommend This dealership is really bad. I called them 2 hours before I go there to check out a car but when I got there the vehicle has been sold and I didn’t even get a call.
