Kia Service Center Original owner of a 2011 kia that was bought brand at JM kia with 96000K miles now under warranty . I went in for battery replacement (original battery) was quoted 3 different prices $15, $39, and later a whopping $180. They swopped the dead original bad battery and put it back inside the kia and said the vechicle wouldn't start(Really..you think) and charged me $145 to remove the remote starter (didnt know the vehicle had that option installed, i have different original kia fobs when we purchased the vehi... read more

Exceptional Service at Joe Myers Toyota Joe Myers Toyota provides exceptional service. Someone comes to your car almost immediately. You are escorted in and know approximately what will be done and the cost. The same agent comes to the comfortable waiting area and keeps you informed. It is worth the 40 minute drive to know I will get great service for my car.

Customer Experience Have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Bought 5 vehicles and all service maintenance at Joe Myers Toyota dealership and service center. The customer service has deteriorated in the last few years and the experience at the service center is bad. They treat you like a number, and the management team is horrible. No wonder the staff follows the management team. I ended up buying a new vehicle from another dealership because the sales staff are like vultures. They are rude. "Where is the car I came to look at?" I found a minivan on Cars.com that I wanted to check out. I made an appointment to go see it at Joe Meyers Toyota one day after work. I live in Spring, and Joe Meyers is close to Jersey Village, so quite a drive. I received a call during the day from a sales manager, confirming my appointment that day. Poor Quality on repairs Disappointed once again with Joe Myers Toyota Service Department. Just came back with our Toyota Corolla and the requested break light change was not done correctly, you can hardly see the light when you break, meaning they did not put place the cords/light back in place for it to show. Last time we purchased new tires, as soon as we got home, one of the tires was already very low, meaning it was not inflated correctly, so we had to go back next day to get this done. Worst finance department I asked for Toyota Motor Finance to finance my car loan, They told me it would be Toyota Motor finance for part financing my car and 3 weeks later the dealer, I receive an invoice by mail with the words we reserve the right to sell to whom ever. Joe myers had sold the finance to 53rd Bank. Definitely not going back to them for my oil changes..
