verbal lied to get you to the dealer i was trying to buy a used 2012 camry that they have and i ve got a called from sale man name conrnelius. stay away from service department the no pressure sales experience was good when we bought a new 2018 Highlander here end of April. Their price was very competitive compared to other Toyota dealership. However, it was a real nightmare using their service department when things went wrong with our "brand new car " less than 6 weeks of purchase.First the low pressure alarm light came on less than a month and they said probably the sensor being too sensitive. Battery my battery toyota truestar went out in 25 months, warranty 24 months replacement. End up I purchased a new $139.44 with out prorate. Battery labels 84 months warranty which meaning will last up to 7 years. I will not recommend anyone to deal with this headache very bad toyota parts. Costco and Walmart always the best to battery and best service.
Car Maintenance Poor service. I was taking my vehicle more than twice to make sure the problem was corrected. Greeter was unprofessional. Sometimes it was hard to understand what they would be saying when they do not speak good English.
Bad Business This all happened in approximately 2015, I would have posted earlier but am not internet savvy. I had my daughter's 2014 Sienna van towed to Joe Meyers Toyota. There was a recall for a sensor by the gas pedal that applies the brake when it goes bad. When I called to see if it was ready I was tild by the service writer it was fixed but her brakes needed serious attention as they were metal on metal. Alex Wier (Sales consultant) who was recommended to me by my co-worker was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Used 2011 Nissan Sentra Brought a 2011 Nissan Sentra in 2014 from Joe Myers Toyota. Started having problem a month after purchase. Brought back to Joe Myers, they would fix it and a few week later same problem. Eventually I got rid of the vehicle.
