Bad dealership promise as deal went thro Facility far away snd service probably bad because what they said or tell u they are sll lie I m glad not get a car from this dealership u probably get a tough time to get service down the road

DIAGNOSIS OF REPAIR NEEDS My Toyota Camry that I bought from them in 2018 (2009 yr model) has a cracked radiator and the engine is not fixable. Let me give 6 stars to Sales rep Alex who has been wonderful in all dealings with him for 3 years. BUT!!! When my car broke down last week, I had it brought into their Service. Terrible Service I had a schedule for a 2013 Scion for Friday evening. When arrive, the saleslady Michelle informed that another customer has taken the vehicle home to get another mechanic to check on it. When I spoke with Michelle in regards to this vehicle, I had the assumption that when you do a schedule for a vehicle, the vehicle gets reserve for you. This did not happen. I got duped Be prepared to pay $995.00 if you want floor mats, second key, unnecessary nitrogen in the tires, 3 month 3,000 mile warranty and I think a couple other things. During price negotiations this was removed without bringing it to my attention. It wasn't until I picked the vehicle up the next day and I asked for the second key and floor mats that I learned this had been removed from the deal. Mrs. Lane The worst service department. On several occasions they did not identify the most basic service needs for my vehicle. They did not see a nail when they rotated my tires. Did not identify a corroded battery, did not change a dirty airfilter. You are better off taking your vehicle to your neighborhood service station.

They don't honor extended warranty. Refused to honor our warranty. Problems with sunroof drains design caused our Highlander to flood (and I mean FLOOD) the interior of our car. We were at 76,000 miles of a 100,000 bumper -to-bumper warranty. After looking at the vehicle we were told that this issue would not be taken care of because it was a maintenance issue, guess what, we also had purchased the pre-paid maintenance on this and the dealership was the only one to ever work on the car. Service Department Scam AVOID SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I want to make it very clear that my review is about the service department, NOT THE SALES DEPARTMENT! Bought a new car there about 6 months ago. It now has 10K miles and plenty of tread on the tire. Ran over a nail and took it to Joe Myers Service with nail in tire.
