They are very professional and works very hard for there customers. It was a great experience.
My overall experience at this dealership was great. Mr. Greg Martin is a superstar, will definitely recommend Joe Myers to everyone.
Matt was extremely professional and helpful in every way. He is solution oriented and deliveres on customer service. Incredible care and performance.
BJ Villarreal is hands down been the best Service Advisor I’ve worked with. He has been helpful and has gone above and beyond to finding solutions and providing me the feedback as my vehicle is getting serviced. I would like to recommend him to a promotion.
Joe Koertney and Muir were extremely professional and diligent in their actions to address my vehicles issue. They stood by what was right and fought the good fight against Ford to get my transmission replaced rather than multiple repairs. Plan to come back to Joe Myers Ford for all my future needs.
Luis was very professional and provided excellent communication during the repair process. He exceeded expectations by getting the truck repair work completed well before the original completion date. I appreciate all he did for me.
Antoine did an excellent job. He handled our 2 trades and got the value we wanted. He listened carefully and found the exact features I wanted on a new truck. He followed up after the sale.
It was so fast doing the paperwork, Mr. Cecil did a fantastic job for sure I will be coming back. Thanks Cecil!
The service was fast. The people were friendly and polite. And the communication and messages were great
