Luis Acosta is an Amazing, patient, knowledgeable service Luis Acosta is an Amazing, patient, knowledgeable service advisor. He does an Awesome job always. I moved to another area of town which is over 40 minutes away but I prefer coming to this dealership to get my vehicle service due to the amazing, courteous and kind service advisor whom is Luis Acosta.

Seamless drop off and pick up but not sure why it takes a Seamless drop off and pick up but not sure why it takes a week for only 2 hours worth of work to be completed. I would like it more if they were able to work on my truck same day or at least do a diagnostic first, then order whatever parts are needed so I don’t have to leave my vehicle there for a week.

Great customer service. Great customer service. Aaron helped me out on a bed cover I purchased from a aftermarket store. I could not get my Power tailgate to come up and lock because of the bed cover he showed me what needed to be done. I brought it back from where I purchased it from and they fix the problem.. I Also have an appointment set up with Aaron on the 19th to get a 2 inch leveling kit on my 2025 Ford F150. Aaron has been a great help on that project as well.

Joe Meyers service is efficient and caring towards their Joe Meyers service is efficient and caring towards their customers. I had a situation with my starter basically frying at 7300 miles. I’m pissed to be honest, with Ford, but I have confidence in the repair that was made by my service department at Joe Meyers.
