The service was excellent -5. I was not at my best when I came in and Mentrell Jackson went above and beyond to resolve my seatbelt problems. In addition, he reset my grandchild's car seat and showed me how to do it explaining as he went. He changed a bad start to my day into a positive experience. Thank you.

Tried a drive-up (non-scheduled) appointment to get a tire repaired. Dealer didn’t have the tire in stock and was unable to obtain one elsewhere locally due to the widespread power outages caused by Hurricane Beryl. Service manager Phillip Martinez bent over backwards to locate a tire in San Antonio and get it expedited for a next day replacement.
