Today was a good experience at the dealership. The service employees were nice and courteous and said hello. . I called for an appointment this morning on the phone and spoke with Greg. Greg was courteous and told me to bring the car to be serviced and that I was in the service system. Upon arrival in the service area someone from the dealership came and told me that someone would be with me to assist. Finally someone came and ask me for my keys. The salesman weren’t pushy. The managers were honest and forthcoming about what they were able to help me with (financially) and what they could not. No hidden fees or charges, and no pushy extras that I expected to see from the dealer. I’d recommend Joe Myers ford

Went in for an oil change, which went a lot quicker than expected. The service writer was very helpful and professional. The waiting room was comfortable and the complimentary coffee machine was a nice touch.
