I'm glad that the service department was able to figure out the problem and repair it. I wasn't aware of the delivery service to bring my truck home. That really helped a lot. I had a great experience. I will recommend Joe Myers to everyone I know.

Customer service was outstanding. Bronco had recall repair & coolant light warning. Diagnosed as water pump malfunction and was completed in a very timely manner. The best part was our Service Rep Elaine kept in daily contact with status of a recall, repair, part ordering, etc. Can't ask for better service.

Kept me informed from the time I got there unyil they delivered my car back to me within a few hours and provided me a lift home too.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Hailey was awesome to work with - she was very knowledgeable & very easy to work with. The car buying process can often be overwhelming and intimidating but Hailey made it a seamless and efficient process. Joe Myers Ford was just all around great. Before placing an order for my vehicle at Joe Myers, I had been to another Ford dealer and I'm so glad I ended up at Joe Myers because it was such a great experience compared to the experience I had at the other dealer.
