Made appointment for oil change/tire rotation & state inspection. Service rep forgot to have inspection done. This caused a delay. A Manager took over & got the inspection done. So.. I could only give out a 'good' rating.

Always friendly service and nice accommodations. They give detailed explanations of what needs to be done, as well as rating the necessity of each with cost, so you can decide wisely. Parts had to be ordered which added a day, so they have me a complimentary loaner car for the night. Everything was done with care and respect, which is why they always get my business.
