They forgot to tell me my car was done so I had to call and go check myself because I was waiting for too long

I think you charge too much for an OIL Change. It is extremely inconvenient to bring this car into your location for basic service. I will not lease again knowing now the dealer has to do all the service work. I can get an oil change 5 minutes from my home for half the cost. Every time we bring the car in for service they try and sell all types of recommended inspections and services that are outrageously expensive. Now I understand why they say a lease is a Fleece.
