Replaced the battery in the CX-30 2021 with no appointment and got me in very quickly did not take them long either.

Great customer service. Fast and easy
This time they only provide Uber service one-way, while last time they covered round trip. Service guy told me it's because Mazda paid less this time. I would not be disappointed if they could let me know when I made the service appointment, thus I could choose another dealer that's closer to my house.
Favio was excellent and the services were completed quickly and efficiently.
As usual, excellent service and respectful and caring staff.
This is the third Kia dealership I have tried, and the first to respond to emails and/or phone calls. They kept me informed of the progress and accurately predicted when it would be finished.
