Left vehicle at 11:30, returned at 3:30 only to be told that the cabin filter and brake fluid needed replacing. No one called in advance to get my ok, so I had to stay longer than necessary to get the filter changed. Also, 6 months earlier Joe Myers did a front brake job and should have changed the brake fluid then, so I wouldn't authorize spending another hour at the dealership to get that done. The extended service warranty I purchased with my new car is not covering what the salesman said it would cover. Several expensive discrepancies, and upon request no explenation.
