Joel Ralph was the most patient person I could imagine throughout the processing of my mortgage. We haven't finance a home since 1986 and the process has changed a lot! I don't know how we would have gotten through it without the guidance of Joel and her team.

Joel was great from prequal to closing. She was available to do prequal over a weekend and generally available throughout the process to a successful, on-time closing.
