Joel was phenomenal from beginning to end. buying a house could be a scary process but with Joel you have nothing to worry about. she explained everything with great detail, i felt very comfortable asking her questions she never made me feel like i was an annoyance, always greeted me and my family with a smile on her face and a warm hug. i honestly thank her very much for making the purchase of my first home a great and unforgettable experience.

Joel is amazing! My husband and I started working with her a year ago. From Day one She has been pointing us in the right direction. It was hard work and moments that were very frustrating but Joel calmed us down and told us exactly what to do. She explained every step through the loan process. Joel was always a phone call way. The day we signed for our home she came up and helped us moved in! When I say Joel is amazing I mean it. She helped us get our dream home and we can't thank her enough.

Jo el is the most caring and knowledgeable when she worked with me through the lending process. She made it easier for me by walking me through the paperwork and was patient and I really felt it wasn't just a job to her..we became friends because of it..she is amazing in what she does..another lender told me the loan I wanted wasn't accessible. But Jo el made it happen..would recommend and use her again..she is an asset to the company and truly cares about u obtaining your dream home.

For several years we've been looking to refinance so that we could take advantage of the low rates but we put it off because the paperwork process was so daunting. Not only did Joel get us a fantastic rate, but she came to the house and patiently helped me dig up every last statement, tax form and every other required item for the refinance process. Having purchased a home in a state, other than my home state, I was unfamiliar with the real estate transaction process in the state of CT.
