When we showed up to our reservation we were told the kitchen was closed. You shouldn’t allow reservations to be made if you aren’t serving anymore!

We had table for 5 reservation. When we were being seated my wife pulls out her chair and it had a large clump of hair we showed the girl seating us and she switched chairs. Then we order sparkling water for table and the waitress brought dirty glasses my wife had to ask for clean glasses. Everything we ordered from menu was sweet. This place won't last long at the mall. Good luck but I won't be giving it a second try.

Our table was not ready when we arrived. Once seated, there was a long wait before our service came. Our food came out late and was no longer hot. It was just a very underwhelming experience especially after experiencing great service at the Dallas, TX location.

Yesterday was not my best experience at joeys! I’ve been to about 3 of them in different cities and the service was terrible! I waited almost 20 when switching tables for the new server to come and when giving the menus to check for drinks didn’t get a return from him until after 20 mins again!

It's always unfortunate when the service lets down the exceptional food being produced in the kitchen. We had dinner early on a Monday, thus it was about as quiet and calm as a functioning restaurant can get. Our server was a very nice guy but an extremely weak server. He required reminders, multiple reminders, to grab drinks or bring condiments. No sense of urgency whatsoever. The food service was delayed because of the lack of ingredient for the salad. Ambiance was okay, audio system lacked balance and was a bit loud and harsh at times. Beautiful building, I wish the service and food was as well.
