My parents were in-town visiting staying at the Sheraton down the street, so this was conveniently nearby. I made a reservation but didn't realize I made it for 2 people instead of 3. Kelsey (I think) sat us at our table but she didn't make any sort of fuss or comment about my mistake, I only realized after-the-fact when looking at my email later. The food was excellent and the staff were cheerful. However the rats climbing on the patio tables and chairs was very alarming. We were seated indoors but my friend noticed them. I mentioned it to the waitress but they were aware of it which seems like a serious health violation! Despite the good food and friendly staff I would not return due to the rate infestation.
I dined during happy hour and was pleasantly surprised with their complimentary wine offering. The chicken lettuce wrap was very tasty and highly recommend.
Always a friendly welcome on arrival with a complimentary champagne. Food quality, attentive staff, impecable service, ambience, location and great prices were all the reasons we keep coming back. Well done Joey Burrard! 😋
Service was great! Tara and Cynthia both very attentive and warm! Food was delicious and well presented and the bar was a fun area to sit - great atmosphere
Shout out to Kelsey for creating a great experience to celebrate my partner's milestone moment! Roasted corn guac was nice and fresh, and the spaghetti pomodoro did not disappoint as per usual. Great location and vibes, definitely recommend!
