Inexperienced staff messed up food service, referred to a “manager” who did not know how to solve it
The food quality and quantity has declined significantly in the past few years yet the prices keep climbing up. Happy hour is not really happy hour price wise either. Taylor’s is gaining traction just because of that.
We were a group of 10 and waited close to an hour for even someone to come take our drink and appetizer order. Our appetizers then took another 45 minutes to arrive and the nearly all of the small plates we were given to share them were wet and dirty. We had to ask for new clean plates. Bang bang chicken appetizer was good but portion was very small for the price.
Food arrived later than usual some of the appetizers took longer than the mains. Having to ask multiple servers for small things took ages. Service was really slow especially for a birthday celebration.
Disappointed in the food. Presentation was just ok and the dish itself was fine. I ordered the Mediterranean bowl
