We got seated at 9:30 and waitress came to take our order: it was prompt and two other ppl came to check on us before the drinks arrived. However, when we placed our order for second drink, it took over 30 mins for an espresso martini to arrive. It wasn’t that busy, so disappointed it took so long for one drink to arrive. The experience started great with all the attention from staff and ended poorly, as felt like they forgot about us.
Had a disappointing experience at Joey Don Mills on my anniversary. we come here at least once a month for 2 years but i asked for a booth in the dining room and i got put in the lounge seating where i couldn’t even hear what my husband was saying. normally the service is amazing and fast but this time our waitress was unprofessional and took 20 minutes to get flagged down after our mains for the dessert/bill. we’ll be going to the location on king street from now on. they also got rid of the spicy crab dip which is super di... read more

Service was delayed throughout the evening, plates were not cleared unless requested and drinks and food seldom were delivered together nor in line with how they were ordered. Disappointing considering the times we’ve enjoyed this location in the past. Unlikely to return unfortunately.
I’ve been to downtown Joey’s and Sherway. The don mills shops is the worse
I have visited this location multiple times, and each experience has made it clear that the staff are simply too busy to properly care for their guests. I made a reservation on the rooftop patio at 4:00 PM and arrived at 3:50. The host told me we would be seated “closer to our reservation time,” so we stepped aside to wait. When 4:00 came and went with no update, I went upstairs myself to check in, only to be told they could not accommodate us because the sun was shining on several patio tables. I dine at joeys very often for business meetings. Infact I dined at Joey Sherway this week as well. My experience at Joey don mills was very bad. Terrible service, table not being cleared. Server disappearing. Server also messed up the orders.

We normally get together at this location for past 10 years and it is always good nd consistent, but their pricing is getting out of hand
