it took 40 minutes past our reservation to be seated as I requested a high table and was offered a booth in the corner. The AC has been out for 5 days and it was very hot and muggy in the restaurant. Not sure why it takes that long to have it repaired. I'm sure you have lost business because of it. I will not be going back until the AC has been repaired. People pay for a pleasant dinning experience which includes comfort. it was not comfortable at all. The staff however was polite and courteous
The hostess was especially rude. She told us we couldn’t be seated in a booth. Was rolling her eyes. We asked for a booth she told us we couldn’t have a booth because there was a party of 6 coming. Which never came. There were empty booths everywhere around us. The waiter didn’t come to refill our drinks or take our plates away. We literally sat there for almost two hours with no service. Wouldn’t come back we received a gift card from this location from our last visit due to the customer service. We first got seated and waited about 15 minutes for our server to come over after she brought us our water we ordered 2 drinks, a coke and a peach Bellini which then took about 15 minutes for 2 drinks, They barely ask if you want a refill and it seems completely unorganized. The food and atmosphere was nice and Mateo Francis is the guy
Service was very poor. Following a poor review I was contacted by a manager and he was very interested in my concerns and had a genuine desire to improve in every issue I raised and I'm confident that my next visit will be much better.
Food was great. Sat upstairs on the patio and really liked it. Waiter was short handed and had trouble providing good service as a result
