This was not a good night for dinner. The manager did everything in her power to make things better at the end, which was lovely, but a little bit too little too late. We arrived at about 725 for a 730 reservation. they asked us to sit down and we waited 10 minutes until I went back up to the desk to ask about it and they mentioned oh we forgot and seated us upstairs we were able to order and the meals took almost 50 minutes to appear. Celebrated my birthday and had horrible service. The server was rude and all over the place not giving our food on time or taking orders efficiently. We were seated next to the toilets even though I specifically asked for a nice table and seating to celebrate my birthday. We were 7 people cramped up, the music was way too loud at the restaurant and the service was just horrible. Never going to dine at joeys again.
Quality of food was very low. Salads, burger, poke bowl. We asked for vinegar for French fries , in addition, one in our group ordered a chicken breast with their salad , it arrived with the vinegar just as we had finished eating and ready to go to our event. Our bill an additional charge for bottled water , we only drank tap water. Server was unable to credit us for the water so she had to call over the manager. Unfortunately my wine arrived in a very dirty glass, service was slow and my husbands glass was also chipped. We were hesitant to send it back because it took so long to arrive. Our server was very friendly and was doing the best she could……all our food arrived at the same time, including aopetizers …looking for an enjoyable dinner out but Joeys didn’t cut it this time for the prices you pay you expect more!

Service not what I expected for upscale restaurant. Struggled to get attention of waitress. Some orders of food was not served and one main mral order was wrong. Waitress was good enough not to charge for it. Drinks where overly expensive
I came for Happy Hour when it wasn't quite busy yet. I was not impressed with how dirty our table was. The table was set but there were food particles all over the table and chairs. I had to ask the hostess who just seated us to clean it again. Then, when I ordered my drink, the glass it came in was also dirty with oily residue and smudges on it. Our server was amazing, kind, and patient - but the iPad system they use is terrible, and it took far too long to get our food and drinks. Not our server’s fault but the restaurant’s system.
