Terrible service. Took over half an hour to get our first drink. Another 15 minutes before the server come back to take our order. And then another 30 minutes to get our food. Not at all convenient for a business lunch.

Took 15 minutes after seating to have a server come by to take our drink order, another 15 minutes to get drinks to our table. After being seated for almost an hour we talked to a manager to take our food order. Two hours into our reservation our server finally came back to our table to clear it and then subsequently took another 20 minutes to bring our bill. Got the filet steak & sushi. Have had food poisoning for the past 24 hours. Extremely sick.
The host are slow, don’t acknowledge you and don’t honour reservation times. They are need to be taught how to clear a table in less than 15 mins …..

Poor service forgot to advise of garlic fee options, waited too long for reminder, had to ask for bill and major mistake on take out meal. Nothing great about the restaurant or patio.

Worst food in Calgary… $33+ dollar Udon, less than third of serving size, no veg, no nothing, add extra for chicken….Fish Taco did not taste anything like fish just raw veggie…Too shy not to tip. Spent $90 two person, had to go to Subway afterwards. What a shame. Reputable restaurants will refund and apologize.

Service was really poor. We had a reservation for 2 at 9pm. Check-in was fine. We got our water as soon as we sat down but not greeted by the guy who was not our server. Waited 15min until the Hostess came to check on how things were going. At that time we advised her that we had not been attended to by our server. She took our drink and App orders. Chicken in lettuce wraps was dry and not flavourful at all. Need a no carb option for salads. Took the Cobb salad off menu which was my favourite.
