I had a reservation for two people at 8:45 PM on New Year’s Eve. It took a long time before anyone came to take our order. I understand it was very busy, but since reservations are limited to two hours, I expected our order to be taken more promptly. Our food arrived at almost 9:40 PM (based on the time in the photo I took). On top of that, my order was wrong, so I had to wait again for the correct dish. Poor service from our server Mercedes and her team! Everything felt rushed and superficial. The food quality was poor, and felt like it was reheated instead of fresh. The place was packed and the tables were crammed together, making it impossible to chat. We were 4 people in a table meant for 2, so all of our plates were uncomfortably shoved onto the table. Took 10 minutes for our server to greet us. Our appetizers came at the same time as our food. We had to ask multiple times for refills on drinks. Server wasn’t very friendly when we told her we were disappointed in the arrival of the food she pretty much ignored the table until it was time to pay. She did take a few drinks off the bill but doesn’t take the bad taste out of our mouths.
