I have always enjoyed dining at JOEY but the new space makes it even better. While the food and atmosphere were incredible, what stood out to me the most was the level of service. From the warm and welcoming greeting at the front door, all the way to getting our bill, we were well taken care of and never waiting for a thing.

So glad Joeys has re-opened. New look with same great food and service. Everything was delicious :)
Most of the food was great, however, my katsu salad was heavily salted on one side and the yam fries were disappointing for value. On the bright side my 2 year old son’s grilled cheese order was huuuuge and came with fries (the server never told us this otherwise we wouldn’t have ordered the yam fries!). Service was great as per usual and the newly renovated place was very clean and open

Small portions for high price, but food was decent. New ambience was nice. Server wouldn’t honor happy hour even though it was 5 mins before end and it was busy so it took them awhile to seat us. Didn’t bother arguing it but every other big kelowna chain always goes above and beyond there
From the moment we entered the restaurant until the moment we left the class of the service staff was outstanding. You don't see this level of service very often. Well done and Thank You.
Joey’s new updated interior is gorgeous. And appreciate that it does not look like every other restaurant. Our server was lovely and did a great job. We both raved about our lunch… delicious !
The back corner past the bar is a great spot for a gathering-we had a bridal party back there and it was a bit tucked away for us yet still part of the ambience and energy of the rest of the restaurant.

We were here for 2 birthdays. GM Brian Frederick and Jayce were very attentive and made the luncheon fun! We weren’t sure about rating the noise but it was excellent, not loud. The renovation’s are beautiful making the ambiance welcoming & inviting. Top shelf service!
