Joey was so friendly and patient the entire process of the loan. Answered the phone everytime we called. Very informative. Very easy to deal with. Communicated very well. Respectful. He was pleasant to do business with. Understand the hurdles involved with refinancing a senior citizen who might've not been familiar with the process and a slight language barrier. I give this guy 5 stars. I would say the easiest refi I ever done. Great job Joey!
