Food was subpar. Pita for hummus, half were crispy and half were limp. Same as the fries that came with the fish tacos. Also, one of the fish tacos tasted fishy but the other one was ok. Prawn lettuce wraps were good though. Hostess was seemed checked out and uninterested in being there. Had to ask server for welcome drink after we were seated. The level of care to get customers orders correct the first time is not there. I was not impressed and this was not the first time being disappointed in this restaurant.

Our server was very nice but very slow and her descriptions on food we asked about was inaccurate or misleading. Had to go to the kitchen and interrupt her discussion to ask for the bill (after we had requested it 15 mins prior). She added our full bill to my brothers and didn’t even no til until he asked why his &100 more. We asked how big the steak frites were and she failed to mention that it was not each piece for size but both. Ridiculous price for two miniscule pieces of bread with 1” piece of meat. Shortly after arriving and being seated, we noticed our table didn’t have a server at all. We had about five different people help our table altogether. Our food took 45 minutes to come out. They forgot one dish, so one person at our table had to wait an extra twenty minutes while we all sat there and stared at our food because we did not want to eat until everyone at our table got their order. Service was terrible. Ordered drinks and a kids chicken fingers and fries right when we sat down. 30 mins later nothing had come and she finally took our main order. We had to ask 4 people about our meal. When the kids chicken fingers came it was 3 over cooked pieces about the same size as a McDonald nugget. My daughter who is 3 was still hungry after her meal.

Horrible. Went there for an anniversary dinner and no one even mentioned it. Server was rude. My husband ordered a tuna sandwich and it tasted really fishy. I tried it and it really wasnt good. She didn’t do a quality check. We could have sent it back but she only came after we were done eating half an hour after. (my husband only ate it because he was starving and didn’t want to make a fuzz) we were very upset and tipped only 10% when we usually tip 20% for good service. We were greeted quickly and seated fast. The menus were on the tables, but were soaking wet underneath. We tried to pick them up but they were stuck to the table. I asked the first waitress for some napkins to dry it off, but she never brought them. For some reason we got a different waiter after drinks.
