I haven't been in awhile and was very pleased with the experience. The only negative was the Funicular ride. Complete waste of money 😕 Other than that...great experience!
Both our boys finished zoo camp yesterday. Their teachers were amazing and they talked our ears off about how much fun they had. Thank you for providing this opportunity for them.
Great zoo! Lots of animals and things to see. My family always enjoys the visits.
'Just right' Zoo for West Michigan area. Big enough to tire my 3 and 7 year old, but small enough to cover entire zoo in 2 hours. Animals are much livelier earlier in the morning and it's also less crowded. We have a membership and will be back often during the Summer. We love our John Ball Zoo and their incredible animals and staff!
This is a very nice zoo for familys with little kids just enough but not to big
