John Ball Zoo is an amazing place. The staff is caring and knowledgeable and the animals are very loved.
I went to JBZ frequently when I was younger and just took my son and his friends. The zoo is still clean, and the updates are great! We particularly enjoyed reading the stories behind where the animals at JBZ came from. We will be back for sure!
Me and my family had a fun and relaxing time going to the zoo in Grand Rapids it's definitely not the biggest zoo in the world but it is definitely a great one to visit! Great animals and a fun atmosphere! We live about 2 hours away from the zoo and we love to go back to it time and time again! It's just a nice place to go to and just spend a whole afternoon enjoying everything that it has to offer!
