We love this zoo, priced right, friendly staff. Only thing is in this chilly weather, to many animals are missing...can't wait to go back in warmer weather, we were there yesterday. My grandkids had so much fun. We will be back as always.
My most favorite place ever! That's why I am there so much! The animals are very well cared for and the staff is very friendly!
Looking for something to do around the Grand Rapids area we opted for the zoo and what a great choice!! As an animal enthusiast, this zoo is packed with different kinds of animals is a very beautiful spacious location along with a super friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this to any one visiting the area!

The Zoo has always been one of my favorite places. It's amazing that some of the animals (Gerald and Betty among them) are the same ones I loved as a child--but at the same time there's so much MORE zoo than there was then. Mokomboso Valley, Lake Manyara, the Woodland and River Realms, and Wallaby Way all delight me the same way the otter and puma exhibits did when they were new. Keep on growing, JBZoo!
