Include my realtor in communication.Give a description of whole loan to closing process up front. Coordinate time signing with title. Title said did not have current/complete loan docs, John assured me they did, which they apparently did. A hard copy of apprasial was to be mailed but a week or so later, still don't have it. Did research and clarify accuracy of info on apprasial. Also when internet was down and docs could not be e-signed, John made a trip to my location to hand deliver/scan docs.
