I understand that John took over our loan when it was almost completed and there were several complications that were beyond his control. However our overall loan experience with KB was not particularly pleasant, And the scores will reflect that. Will we had the pleasure of working with John for a short period of time and it appears as though he did his best to rectify the issues, However closing on our home was incredibly difficult experience.
