I understand that John took over our loan when it was almost completed and there were several complications that were beyond his control. However our overall loan experience with KB was not particularly pleasant, And the scores will reflect that. Will we had the pleasure of working with John for a short period of time and it appears as though he did his best to rectify the issues, However closing on our home was incredibly difficult experience.
Process was easy. Working with KBHS was great because of the relationship with the builder.

The team worked hard to make all ends meet in a short time.
It was not an easy road but it was definitely worth it. Night in night out the whole kB home team work diligently for me and my family to get into this home and we did it!! Thank you to all the staff over at kB homes I appreciate you all.
